JJ’s Weight Loss Philosophy (An Insider’s View To Fat Loss)

Here is an insider view of the Exercise Section of the Join JJ Potentialization Weight Loss System highlighting why it takes a different approach to many of the main stream weight loss and exercise programs out there on the market.

Firstly forget just walking 30 minutes most days. Although that is a great way to start it will not move you past first base.

You will need to do a couple of different types of workouts throughout the week so you hit fat loss from different angles, your body adapts quickly and progress is many times faster than exercise programs that tell you to do just one type of training all week.

Using varying types of training throughout the week is called ‘Mycro cycling’.

Now let me get right to the crux of my weight loss philosophy illustrating what both myself during my 20+ years of research and testing and other cutting edge Exercise Physiologists have discovered to be the most effective way to lose fat PERMANENTLY:

To lose fat permanently you need just 3 things:
  1. Make sure the ‘weight’ you lose is pure excess body fat
  2. Preserve your lean mass (muscle)
  3. Increase your metabolic power (mitochondria)

Now to reduce bodyfat we need to burn off all your excess calories that are stored in your fat cells whilst simultaneously making sure we don’t replace the calories as we burn them off.

So to burn the excess stored calories we will:
  1. increase our activity level
  2. increase the size and number of our fat burning mitochondria
  3. prevent our body from breaking down muscle instead of fat for energy

To preserve our lean muscle we will:
  1. Tell the body not to get rid of it by putting a greater demand on our muscle system
  2. Increase our production of Growth Hormone (GH) to burn fat and maintain muscle

We use 2 types of exercise to achieve the above:
  1. High metabolic training (special fitness sessions called ‘tabbing’ and ‘peaks’)
  2. Density training (mostly compounds and high metabolic Supercircuits)

Finally, we use an Anti Aging proven tactic by combining optional strategic 24 hour fasting periods into our diet thus driving growth hormone through the roof whilst simultaneously forcing the body to remove excess stored calories (fat) and use them as energy (more about this in the nutrigenics [food] part of your plan).
