Join JJ Uses Genetic Fitness Bodytyping For Faster Results

ex102

If you think one program fits all, you will be very surprised to find out that you might not get the results you are expecting.

The truth is, there is NO one program that will work for all shapes, sizes and genetics. That is why only a small percentage of people will get results from any one ‘generic’ workout.

I have taught my system of body typing to my trainers for years and have refined the process to enable each person to maximise the results from both exercise and diet.

There are essentially three body types and each will respond very differently to any given stimulus.

This is well known in Exercise Science. Let’s take a person’s muscle structure as an example. If the muscles are long and slender they cannot create the same tension between the fibers cross sectional area and as such require a greater external force to generate sufficient tension to bring about the desired result. To get the same stimulus (result) as a muscle with a larger cross sectional area – greater force will be needed accompanied by less repetition.

So two people doing the same protocol will get very different results. One may respond exceptionally well and another see no result at all – this is basic applied physiology. You need to know WHAT to do for your particular genetics, body shape and size. This is what Potentialization Metabolics is all about.

Find out what type of exercise you should be using to get faster results!
