Week 1 - Supplements

I currently take the following:

500-1000 mg Vit C

1 multi vit

400mg Vit E

1 tsp Cod Liver Oil (EPA/DHA, Vit A + D)

20mg CQ10

I take the multi vit + CQ10 together with one of my main meals.

I take the Cod Liver Oil + Vit C + Vit D with a snack i.e almonds & fruit.
