It is essential you track your energy intake when you first begin your journey to weight loss. Research has found over and over again that keeping a food diary has significant results compared to not recording your food.
However, you don’t have to pay for this privilage, there are several free resources online and of course the old fashioned (time consuming) look it up in a book method.
So to help you, I have provided what we use to find calculations, calories and conversions.

1 ounce = 28 grams

Reason: HAS ADVERTISING BUT GIVES A THOROUGH OUTPUT INCLUDING INFLAMMATION
