Ever get confused by all of the weight loss diets out there?
If you look around you will find that there are over 1,000 diets on the web – how can someone distinguish a good plan from a bad one? It is insane.
But book stores are no different, and they are coming up with quicker and quicker claims – lose 10lbs in 5 days, etc. If I write the 5 second diet, I think people would actually buy it! What are they thinking??

Well you would expect this person to have disappeared by now!!
